happy christmas everyone

Thanks to Lindy Batchelor for getting the CBC Northern Beaches branch up and running this year. It's a great initiative and we've already held numerous functions (public meetings plus school visits and afternoon teas) to help bring students, authors and books together, and foster a love of reading. Looking forward to our Christmas function tonight, and to hearing Kate Forsyth speaking on the importance of fantasy in our lives. Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas and a book-filled new year!
